RASCI of India exchanged an MoU with Carnival Skills Foundation to facilitate the development of first of its kind "Retail Center of Excellence" at Wadala, Mumbai inaugurated by Dr. Shrikant Bhasi Chairman Carnival Group, in its endeavor to institutionalize Skill India mission.

RASCI is a not-for-profit, independent public limited organisation established under Section 25 of the Companies Act.
