FROM THE DESK OF DIRECTOR Today, Skill Development, Vocational Training and Coaching programmes is becoming such concept whereby organisations are considering the requirements of the society by taking the initiative and responsibility for the impact of these activities on communities and the environment in all aspects of their operations. The skill gap between the industry requirements and the manpower available is one of the most important global issues with serious challenges and implications on almost all sectors. Surging economies, including India, are coping with issues related to poverty, community welfare etc and are of major concern so here comes the role of Skill Development and short term coaching courses sector which is still shaping up and has the ability to fulfill the above mentioned gap along with reducing the poverty for the Indian economy. As India rides the wave of economic boom and commercial success, this Skill Development is presenting itself both as an opportunity and an important requirement for corporates to be engaged in. I greatly appreciate the sincere efforts made by our Team and Corporate Governance wing of our Organization that has provided us with valuable insight and supported us enormously towards the growth of the organization in this educational sector.

SGRS has developed adequate infrastructure and experience in conducting training needs assessments, preparation of strategic Training Plans, Courseware development, Conduction of skill trainings to large number of candidates with active collaboration with Central Government, Government Organizations, Non Governmental Organizations, Corporates and Businesses. SGRS is implementing various skill development activities on PAN India basis. The Organization has conducted several different Training programmes covering 10000+ participants till Feb 2017.
