SIPL, through Collaborative Programs, partners with Governments, Universities and Autonomous Educational Institutes to integrate vocational training with the mainstream, thereby developing employable skills. In the capacity-building initiatives taken by Mahadalit Vikas Mission, for empowering employability of mahadalit youths of Bihar, we would also like to collaborate by offering a skill-based training program, thereby enabling employability of the beneficiaries
